1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Precious Hosting services. By purchasing a hosting plan or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Precious Hosting is a trading name of Mad Tech Heads LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14440918), ICO registration ZC131659, with registered office at Office 7622, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA.

2. Services

We provide web hosting, email hosting, domain registration, and related services. Specific features depend on your chosen plan as set out on our hosting plans page.

3. Account & Payment

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Payments are due in advance for the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual). Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

The first month is charged at the promotional rate of 99p where indicated; thereafter standard rates apply.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

New hosting accounts include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days. Domain registrations, third-party services, and add-ons are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

Use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Activities including (but not limited to) spam, illegal content, malware distribution, and resource abuse are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

6. Uptime & Service Levels

We target 99.9% uptime across our hosting infrastructure. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by your own code, third-party services, or factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Backups

We perform regular backups as a courtesy. You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. We will assist with restores where possible but do not guarantee data recoverability in all circumstances.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via the client area. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page, with the date above.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
